Fix this team, GMs

Make a list of things you would change with this team that would ensure that a season like this does not happen again in the near future.

1. This list is a fantasy list, so Jerry would first relieve him self of GM duties. Hence the topic that YOU are the GM.

2. Fire wade and every staff member, from Garrett, to Read, all the way down to strength and conditioning coach.

3. Hire Rex Ryan. Let him hire his own staff, don't hire an offensive coordinator before you have a head coach.

4. Release, trade, or do not re-sign, Roy 38, Anthony henry, Zach Thomas, Kevin Burnett, Tank Johnson, Cory Proctor, Bobby Carpenter, Sam Hurd, Tony Curtis, Sam Polescu(sp?), Brad Johnson, Bollinger.

5. Replace said players through the draft and free agency with hard hat type guys, not super stars, guys that will bust there butts and not care about whether or not their ego's are being stroked constantly.

6. Never allow hard knocks or any of that garbage around the team again.

7. This team will not be a place where players go to try and clean up there image. I believe in second chances, but BSPN/media does not allow that sort of thing in Dallas, everytime TO/Pacman fart, ESPN has their heads up their butts to make sure they didn't shart.

1. Fire the entire coaching staff. Hire Cowher at whatever it costs. There are a lot of pieces here that would fit into his scheme.

2. Cut Roy 38, Anthony Henry, T.O., Kevin Burnett, Tank Johnson, Cory Proctor, Bobby Carpenter, Sam Hurd, Pacman, Brad Johnson.

3. Focus the draft on OL, a LB, and a speedy WR.

4. Let everybody know that's NOBODY'S (repeat: NOBODY) job is safe. Everyone will be held accountable and earn their spot.

You have no idea how much hate I have inside me for Flozell Adams. The guy is a great Left tackle when he is healthy, he needs to not be so proud and try a hearing aid if that is the problem, if that is not the problem, he is just the dumbest player in the league and should probably just fo away.

This franchise is surely a mess.

Jerry ran it into the ground until he knew we were tired of it, brough BP in to help fix it, then he resorted to his former self and is now in the process of running this thing into the ground further than it was before.

Jerry is an addict, and power is his drug.

We need another intervention.

1. Rename the team to the Cowboys just the Cowboys.... No Dallas... Be cool to be the only team in major sports with 1 name for the new stadium. Same franchise same city still 5 rings but just the Cowboys for the new stadium and the 09 season.

2. Fire Canty, Tank, Pac Man, Bawlinger, ******* Johnson, and Barbie Carpenter

3. Resign our marvelous long snapper LP! Ladou to a 5 year 8 million dollar contract.

4. Hire Dick Vermeil he can run the O. Guess that means fire Big Red.

5. Bring in some QBs... Good ones? FA and Rookie?

The only thing that needs to be fixed is getting rid of Jerry Jones as both owner and GM. Once that is done the teams biggest cancer will be gone and we can have a real football team again.

1. Tender Miles Austin with at least a second round pick tender so you don't lose him without any compensation.

2. Roy Williams the safety has to take a paycut in order to stay on the team.

3. Trade Bobby Carpenter for whatever you can get for him.

4. Fire Jason Garrett, Wade Wilson, Bruce Read, Brett Maxie, and Brian Stewart. Hire Bobby April to coach the special teams if available.

5. Release Adam Jones, Tank Johnson, Zach Thomas, Brad Johnson, Brooks Bollinger, that crappy backup punter, end the Isiah Stanback experiment, Cory Proctor, Joe Berger. Follow the best player available stategy that brought you Scandrick, Choice, and Bennett in next year's draft.

6. Bench Flozell Adams or move back to guard. That way you don't have to worry about him missing snap counts. He'll be right next to the center. Either draft the next starting LT or give the job to Doug Free and hope Houck can coach him up.

7. We need leaders. If Ray Lewis wants to come to Dallas, open up the checkbook.

You absolutely clear out the coaching staff and bring in a decent HC like a Holmgren or Cowher. Then, you let them call all the coaching staff and player personnel shots. If they like a certain GM, you bring them in. If they want to do it themselves, that's fine.

That = win.
