Flag Football plays - know any?

Hey all,

A buddy of mine just doesn't learn. He is now coaching a Flag Football league(10-11 year olds). lol

He need about 5 offensive plays and 5 defensive plays. Know any?
Looked all over and they all charge... I know we have some FF experts somewhere

It's so unstoppable that I hear if any WR actually runs it, their head instantly explodes.

At that age just keep it simple. Running a variety of "trips" formations with hooks,slants and posts will work fine.
