Anyone other than me think this is our guy tonight? We don't need to trade up. I think we'll be just fine picking where we are... the draft, as we've seen before, is a long day of shooting craps anyway.

your the only one who thinks this i bet :p:

I don't think there is any way possible he makes it to 14, especially since a team would love to trade up to grab him if he keeps falling.

That being said, I would LOVE it if Dallas found a way to get this guy but who knows.

Well, no. I just think that trading up is alway tempting. But I think there are enough options to not trade away our picks.

The draft doesn't start for another 6 hours, you need to pace yourself with those adult beverages,,, :p:

Our d-line would be amazing with him on it in 2 years. If we're talking about swagger and having a motor... this is our guy, imo.

Got to be honest. I've only seen a few mock drafts that do not have him gone before the 10th pick in the draft. I don't see him falling. The only way we get him is if we trade up. I think the Cowboys are looking at that option for both him and Claiborne depending how far they fall. (if they fall)

Only guy I'm willing to trade up for. Really hope they land him.

I agree , But you said you think he (cox) will be there at 14 i disagree.

I normally don't spend a lot of time stewing over the draft. But this guy just makes too much sense. If he's not there, we have other options though.

Why not?

Contrary to what many of the clairvoyants on this board think, anything is possible.

Understood.

If we don't trade up for him, I think we'll be ok.

You don't think he has a chance of falling to us?

All it takes is a couple surprise picks in the top 10 for Cox to get within striking distance. Could Jones be the first DL off the board instead of Cox? Doubt it, but you never know

From all the noise coming out about him, I really don't think he slides beyond the 10th pick.

I've watched him and seen his physical ability and his talent. I think this kid is a pretty safe pick. He won't be a superstar in the league, but I think he could definitely make a pro bowl or two after he makes the transition. (well, if you could actually make the pro bowl as a 3-4 DE)

I agree. I think most of my decision hinges on the fact that I think he fits our front 7 well.

Kinda late to the party breh.

We all like Cox (no Ricky Martin), but there's no way he'll be there at 14.

..they said the same thing about Dez Bryant.

Actually, there were a lot of people questioning Dez's character. (and they were well founded) If he hadn't had character questions, he would have been a top 10 pick.

I remember. I'm just saying it's possible for us to end up with him in our lap.
