What's inteering is:

China girl is well aware of what's going on.
- he's sick
- asks how long
- is he breathing
- sees wound knows what it is
- get away from him
- she knows it imminent

The stewardess was told something that put her in holy ship disbelief.

I like the concept, fascinating to ponder how this scenario could unfold...entire plane turns into zombies, the pilots are safe because they are locked in the cockpit, manage to land but cant get out of the cockpit
