Flo gets $7,500 fine... Felix gets $5,000 fine

Maybe I'm weird but if I'm Romo I'm quietly splitting the fine with Flo he's being fined trying to protect my *** gotta show some love back to the man

It does need to stop though the next will likely be a fine + suspension and with no quality behind him we need him in there as much as possible

Not weird at all. Flo should be careful, but I still want him to play balls out. If he gets suspended rather then letting a man go free to ruin Romo's health I am all for it. Besides, Free is a player and like most players all he needs is an opportunity. I think some will be pleasantly surprised if and when Free get an opportunity to play.

Cut blocks are legal. Tripping is not. There is a reason he is about to be suspended if he pulls that crap again.

We ran into Felix Jones in the hallway after the locker room closed today and he had a smile on his face.

When asked if he would play Sunday at Denver, Jones said, "We'll see," however a source has said Jones will miss the game because of a sprained posterior ligament in his left knee. It's possible he could miss more time and not return until after the Oct. 18 bye.

"I can use my two feet," Jones said. "That's good enough, right?"

Not only is Jones recovering from his knee injury, he is also $5,000 lighter in the wallet. The NFL fined him for a leg whip penalty against Carolina, although replays showed he actually missed the Panthers defender.

For the third straight game Flozell Adams has earned a fine from the NFL.

Adams was fined $7,500 for an attempted kick on Carolina defensive end Julius Peppers Monday, bringing his season total to $25,000

Adams was fined $5,000 for an unnecessary roughness penalty against Tampa Bay and $12,500 for a trip of Justin Tuck and attempted trip of Osi Umenyiora of the New York Giants.

At some point if this continues, Adams could be subject to additional punishment from the league.

Not when a player is engaged and that's what Denver did all the time.

Well that is pretty lame...that's like fining a player for grabbing the back of the jersey and then saying, "he looked like he was trying to horse collar, but missed it, so we are going to fine him anyway."

My only problem with this is that they didn't really seem like they were intentional trips or really anything much at all.

Shurg, if not doing it causes Romo to get killed, then keep on kicking Flo.

Yes we teach our O Line to commit a 15 yard infraction regularly. We are the best (legal) chop blocking team in the NFL and it has been quite effective because we have a smaller o-line.

Not when a player is engaged. Surely the super bad mule lineman would not chop a player while he was already engaged?

Another thing, it is pretty cowardly to constantly cut a player. When playing a man's game, they should act the part even when they are wearing their orange crush panties.

Hopefully he kicks Dumervil and Dumervil is out for the year.

The Panthers tight end Rosario attempted to trip Ware on the play where Ware blew by him and hit Delhomme as he was passing the ball. If Flo is fined for attempting something then Rosario should be fined for his attempt to trip Ware.

Why does he like tripping so much?

same reason the bronco's crackback block all the time.

it's what they do.

The Cutblock is effective and every NFL team uses it just not as well as the Broncos. It puts fear into the opposing defense.

We have been a top 5 rushing team almost every year for the last 13 seasons. I like the chop block and it is effective if used right.
