I like him, but acting like he's changing anything right now, is straight out of the Jones Book of Hopium.

are already having issues with scheming player personnel

i'd guess they'd have that issue with Flournoy as well.

And we already have issues connecting vertical with 4.3 speed WRs, so how will Flourney's 4.4 speed be a factor ?
