I’m a bigger fan of Jarwin than most, but for our offense your TE needs to be an adept and consistent blocker; Schultz is that guy.

he’s not as quick or nimble as Jarwin but he is surprisingly shifty and can dodge defenders like how witten used to do

Many on this forum panned Shultz selection on draft day..... I thought was a good pick because he wasn't used in the offense at Stanford as a pass catcher but has the tools to be a good receiving tightend......

That is what I have been saying. Jarwin is slow WR and offers very little at the point of attack. No team respects him to be a blocker.

It makes me wonder if Jarwin is fully recovered from his injuries. He has not been used for those deep passes to the middle of the field that he is known for. Something is not right.

The love for Jarwin's deep route capabilities is lost on the fact we have deep route players, heck Noah Brown can do 80% of Jarwin's plays.
