Tomlin, mcvay, Shanahan, Reid. After that it's a toss up between a group including Mike.
No, not Tomlin. McVay, Reid, Shanahan, Harbaugh, Bill B (Yes still), and Stefanski just off the top of my head.

You don’t have to sell me on the idea that the FO holds the team back. I agree 100%.

We are lucky McCarthy was willing to sign with the cowboys and try to overcome their nonsense, all things considered.
That sir, I agree with. Mac seems like a nice guy.

Lol at not Tomlin. Put Bill in Pittsburgh and they are fighting for the 1st pick just like pats. He's not good and I will continue to be correct about that.

Stefanski is good too but he's in the group with Mike. All better than Bill lol

I get it but all things considered he’s won games and most importantly he’s made Dak a way better player.

Now if he loses tomorrow and we are 1 and done he’s gotta go haha.
I also think we have to consider who the cowboys have lost to.

The last two seasons they lost to the Niners. A team with a better roster (IMO) and another great head coach.

If the cowboys choke to a team they absolutely should beat to get bounced from the playoffs. It’s another discussion.

Tomlin stubbornly refused to fire his OC who was responsible for their woes. I'm talking 2+ years of a guy that deserved to be fired. Tomlin finally let him go during the season and what do you know the offense is playing well. Most Pitt fans wanted his butt gone (Tomlin).

McCarthy would be a lot better if his game management didn't suck so much. It's like he has no concept of how much time is left in almost any point of a game

And he was not allowed to hire his own staff. I’m not judging McCarthy as a hc w power, I’m judging the endless parade of head coaches that came after Jimmy on a Jones scale: how well do they perform in the post season knowing they are working w coaches they didn’t hire. In other words Jerry is setting up hc for failure because Jerry makes most of hc decisions because he’s the only one other than his idiot son that has any power.
McCarthy hired his own staff minus Moore. Garrett hired his own staff. This notion Jerry undermines his coaches decisions has been disproven many times. And I hate Jerry. But there is no reason to make things up. Does he interfere and talk to much? Absolutely. But McCarthy hired his first DC and the entire staff. And fired them the year after because they sucked. McCarthy also brought in Harris, who wasn’t a coach prior and is now being thought of for DC roles. So let’s stop the nonsense

I keep reading “if we only got this hc or that hc”, we’d would actually participate in the playoffs past the Div round.

Unfortunately, Jerry only hires coaches that sign over their power to hire their own staff, sign over the power normally assigned to nfl head coaches in 31 other cities, and hand in their man card to be Jerry’s whipping boy. So what legitimate winning hc would want to coach for head coach Jerry?

So there is not a top NFL or college coach that’s dumb enough to end their NFL head coaching career in Dallas. After Jimmy, only Chan Gailey has ever got another hc position in the nfl. Dallas is where coaches come to watch their hc career die.

Big Mac is on watch cause if we lose early in playoffs, the search is on for the next “hc” who doesn’t mind ending his hc career in Dallas.

We have to try to win with so many obstacles the fuhrer puts in the way of the players and coaches and I’d say this years team has really done well. The question is if we can get the almost 30 year monkey off our back.
Well we don't have an opening. So what's the point?

They could win it all this year. It starts with a win at Washington.

The Cowboys already have a top head coach, and he’s not going anywhere.

It’s an opinions forum.
If one points out ants at the picnic...point it out at least or spray. Ever hear of Bonano...that doesn't require a smart lawyer to skirt the truth.
