The Cowboys are refurbishing their roster with young players. Meanwhile, the Cleveland Browns have the 2nd oldest roster in the NFL. I realize Miles Garrett is a stud, but he cannot win the game against the Cowboys alone. Also, maybe old age isn't as big of a factor at the beginning of a season. But I think the Cowboys chances on Sunday are better than many believe.

I agree that football is a young man’s game. You want young players with fresh legs and explosiveness.

That being said, The cowboys have been one of the youngest rosters in the league pretty consistently for like a decade now. It hasn’t amounted to much beyond regular season success.

I don’t think it particularly matters in week 1.

Darrell Green from Texas A&I, was the fastest man in the NFL, well into his 40's. Larry Allen benched 700+ into his 30's. LT delivered 'holy graile' on opponents well into his thirties. Randy White and Bob Lilly were hard to deal with well into their careers. Experience is very relevant.

You absolutely need a mixture of both. No argument there.

The road spread is only 3 points
it seems to me that most people think this will be a game that go either way

Plus, an older lineup never hurt anyone early in the season
