I am looking to upgrade my stock 80GB hard drive in a Dell XPS M140 to a 160GB Seagate 7200 RPM HD...i dont know much about hardware and was wondering if this is the correct one to get..

and FINALLY!, im upgrading/bought my/a wireless card from a Intel 1370 WLAN Mini PCI Card to a Intel 2200 PCI Card...so i was wondering how you install this wireless card...

You better make sure that is a laptop hard drive or it won't fit for obvious reasons.
