The 49ers are top to bottom the best team in the NFC. They can beat you in multiple different ways.

That being said. The only thing that is 100 percent fact is that Purdy hasnt faced a defense like the Cowboys yet. Now. Do the Tampa Cowboys show up? Or the Washington Cowboys show up? That is the difference between winning and losing this game.

They are going to pound the ball running. It is their strength. And the Cowboys weakness. If they successfully run the ball, it sets up their play action and we are in for a very long day. It would be tough to outscore them.

If we stuff their running game, get them behind the chains and have Purdy sit back there against our pass rush, he have a chance. Probably our only chance.

It gets even more difficult if Peters isn't ready to go Sunday. He would be sorely missed when it comes to physicality .
