that may go for the Cowboys also. If we can't run all game long, it's going to be tough. Just sayin. Isn't that what a defense is all about? Make a team one dimensional like we did Tom and the Bucs. Then we can focus on the pass rush and bust Mr. Purdy up.
If neither team can run the ball, San Fran has no chance of keeping up with the Cowboys.

It gets even more difficult if Peters isn't ready to go Sunday. He would be sorely missed when it comes to physicality .
They didn't miss a beat with him out. I think they have their best possible OL right now. It does suck that he isn't available for backup duty...and if we have an OL go out it could be a really big issue. Last weel with Peters starting you had McGovern as the first reserve OL to come in. You are looking at Aviante Collins or Josh Ball coming in at tackle if someone goes down. And at Guard or Center, have they activated Farniok yet? This week the backups will be Collins and Ball, with the backup interior player being either Farniok or Brock Hoffman, who has been active for a couple games.

Teams lose. What's new? Whether or not a team is deemed "physical" isn't determined based on 1 game.

Make no mistake, the 9ers will be tough to beat. It's going to take 1 of 2 things. Either a completely perfect performance by Dallas or a complete unraveling by Mr. Irrelevant.

I've watched a few games. They play a physical style of football, but most importantly they're really disciplined in their assignments

we're going to have to throw the kitchen sink at them if we want to win
SF has very good blocking schemes that they operate with finesse. We have got to be able to get off the blocks and tackle. Tackling is gonna be key all game long. I expect some give but we can't allow yac from the receivers or backs. And for heaven sakes get after the qb and if he goes back door then be there waiting for him because that is one of his tendencies.

They had injuries which typically no one gives the Cowboys that pass when Dak or Tyron or whoever is out. But for some reason 49ers got whooped on. Physicality doesn't leave just because some starters are out.

…..the Chiefs beat the breaks off of the 49ers and the Chiefs are more finesse than bully.
Pretty sure Kittle didn't play and I don't know if the had McCaffery yet. Plus Purdy wasn't playing. That was Jimmy G game.
