Ok, just based upon their personalities and such, here is my new coaching staff:
Troy Aikman - Head Coach - With attention to detail and the demanding nature he possesses, demanding excellence from himself and all others around him, this would be the perfect position for him.
Danny White - Offensive Coordinator - Has already served as a head coach in the arena league. Knows offense, would do a great job.
Charlie Waters - Defensive Coordinator - Already has coaching experience, especially knows the defensive backfield.
Michael Irvin - Receivers coach.
Charles Haley - Defensive Line
Everson Walls - Defensive backs
Dat Ngyen (sp?) - Linebackers - If heart could be taught
Daryl Johnston - Running backs - Only because stars (Smith, Dorsett) usually have a hard time teaching their position to others.
Jason Garrett - Quarterbacks
Bill Bates - Special teams
Nate Newton - Offensive line - Someone needs to help him
AND THE BEST PART OF ALL OF THIS!!!! I WOULD NEVER HAVE TO HEAR ABOUT EX-GIANTS AGAIN IN MY LIFE.
