Front or back half? You guys have any recommendations?
And is it by the hour?Front or back half?
HahaFront or back half?
It's a scam. Don't buy one. If you cut a cow in half, it will die.
Great link. Muenster is a cool little town. I've played golf at Turtle Hill there for many years.https://www.muenstergrassfed.com/order
It's cheaper to find someone to go in halves with you on a full cow.
Cool link and very informative. It’s pretty cheap and expensive at the same time as u have to come up with a lump sum of cash immediately. Also did not really see if any of the beef would be rated as Prime or Choice. I figured that the 18 month beef would have been the most desirable, but it seems that the 30 month gets that title.https://www.muenstergrassfed.com/order

Just make sure to don't buy a bull if you plan on milking it.You guys have any recommendations?
Hey, to each his own.Just make sure to don't buy a bull if you plan on milking it.
So net net you got quality with Wagyu but what about price? How much total outlay and did u save vs not buying in heavy bulk?![]()

Went with this place:

Super impressed with the marbling. Ended up with about 240ish lbs of meat, about half ground beef.
I didn’t save any money. I got 120lbs of ground beef, 60lbs of steaks and 60lbs of stew meats, brisket, ribs. It was just under $11/lb of edible beef.So net net you got quality with Wagyu but what about price? How much total outlay and did u save vs not buying in heavy bulk?
Taco nights, and maybe get one of those smash burger pressesCons: Lots of ground beef and misc cuts I normally don’t buy.
