Ok for my birthday today, I would like shanahan as our new head coach and possibly wade as defensive coordinator.

Ware, Canty, Austin resigned.

Felix Jones toe surgery gets a miracelous healing today.

Shanahan kicks the players and coaches rear ends, making them all accountable, and has a tough policy of no talking, griping, but playing with heart and fire.

Now that would be a good birthday today!

Finally training camp and offseasoning conditioning will have plenty of hitting, wind sprints, and practicing hard, studying film and no more extra days off during the season.
