For once in his life Wade needs to be a man

Be man and dump on the players to the media? Coaches do not throw players under the bus to make fans happy and Wade is not going to do that. I don't care how much fans cry. The media wants Wade to come out and rip his team he is not going to do that.

Fisher did this very thing. He threw his entire team under the bus by putting on a Manning jersey and announcing that he wanted to feel like a winner. Gee, the Titans responded and turned a dismal season around.

I have yet to hear Wade talk to his players in the locker room....so I cant comment on what Wade tells his players during meetings or at half time......

I guess Wade has to make all his statement towards the team public ......

Maybe we need a Jim Mora here to cry in front of the media

You don't have to be a psychic to know what Wade tells his players in the locker room.

"Everything is okay, its all my fault. We will be fine."

Can't say he's lost this team because he never really had this team. Hopefully the players can man up and win because we sure as hell know our coach doesn't have any fortitude, never has, never will.

The Manning jersey did not do a damn thing, Bud Adams insisting on Vince Young playing over Collins is what has helped the Titans start winning.

I don't think I really blame Wade for this. I really blame the players but you can't replace all of them so, at the end of last year, I was for letting Wade go and bringing someone else in to try and get these players straight.

Brooking, I believe got this defense on track and I think his leadership may be a key to recovery for these last 4 games. I am hoping for it and it is my main hope for this team not folding like a house of cards in December.

If they can make it over this hurdle the sky is the limit for them, but they( The Players) have to do it, Wade cannot do it for them!

We beat San Diego and we'll win the Division; I say that because I think we're beating Philly & Washington - but for once in his damn life, Can Wade Phillips inspire someone? can he come in tomorrow and do something wild? something emotional , something out of character?

Even Barry Switzer after the blunder of 4th and 1 vs Philly (which IMO was on the OL not the call) came in that next day and told his life story to the team; bout his Daddy and his brother etc - he took all the blame and If my memory serves me correct we went undefeated from there on out and won the SB.

Wade, please for once, - ONCE in your life; be a headcoach, lead the men, get them going, do something. All I heard from Wade is grovel, and awschucks and "well, welp, um Well"

Geez be a man Wade - step up to the plate and save the season, step on the tail of the 09 season and hold it before it runs off - take San Diego apart.

This "stooge" has this team 8-4, heading in the directions of the playoffs. Where was this thread when Dallas was on a 4 or a 5 game winning streak? Oh yeah, it wasn't and neither were you. I guess Wade just takes the "stooge" cap off and on during the season.

It's on the players as was stated. Time for THEM to nut up and get this done.
