Did you guys like it? I did, but I got there really early to get a good spot. Found some nice people to hang out with too. Some oriental fellas damn near started a fight with one of them...btw I forgot to ask the people if they were members on here so if you were there, lemme know! I was the guy in the white Romo Jersey with the shorter good looking fiance at my side  If you were there you'd know about the oriental people brawl that almost started.

Just wanted anyone to post their experiences with the game.

My legs were pretty tired but overall, loved it!

I was there. It's great if you get along the rail or want to party and don't mind watching the game on the big screen. If you want to watch the game live and don't get along the rail....its horrible. I wouldn't do it again. But, I was happy to be apart of history.

These guys show up right at kickoff after we had been there since 2-3 hours prior and they just started pushing their way up to the front and wedged themselves between us all practically stealing a few peoples spot who can't push back. Someone gripes, it escelates and this lil gang of dudes who pushed their way up just started getting VERY hostile. There were kids present and many people got pissed but they just wouldn't back down. Eventually they left as they were very out numbered.

Lol. I got off an elevator in a hospital in the midwest one day and heard some nurses talking loudly about needing to bring some pills to 'the oriental in room 14.' Next thing I hear is my Chinese wife yelling loudly 'I'm a human being, not a carpet!' Cracks me up when I hear that term to this day.

Yes, but some people give a crap about what a group of people prefer to be called.

Here's a good rule of thumb (an expression that, in itself, is terribly misogynistic):

"Places and things are oriental. People are Asian."

Interesting rule. People and things can be described as Persian, English, Russian... Beside in my mind the Orient and Asia are not the same. My theory is that Orient refers to the east, and the Chinese view themselves as the center. They don't want to be "oriented" or described from a European perspective.

Don't call my culture Western. I don't want to be confused with an omelette.
