Whoohoo DW, Go ahead and take a cheap shot if it makes you feel better. I'm not roasting the Spurs or the fans. I'm just pointing out the fact that it didn't appear to be that many people there. I've never been to SA, nor have any plans to, though I rooted for the Spurs and I am in no way disparaging them. Where I'm from or the fact that I'm a Cardinals fan has no bearing on that buuut, whatever floats your boat fam. Maybe it's a little bit of jealousy on my part, but had you engaged me instead of insulting me, I would have had no problem admitting as much. The post was half in jest to begin with. In retrospect I can see where you think I was "talking smack" so sorry if it came off like that bro. I'm as defensive about my teams as you are about yours.

Your original post was both insulting and disparaging to Spurs fans and their San Antonio fan base. I'm glad that, in retrospect, you realized this.

But that's the reason your post drew snide and insulting replies from the Spurs fans here. I'm not quite sure how we were supposed to "engage" your original post.

I certainly didn't mean that DW. Like I said, looking back on it I see the error in that post. I have tons of respect for both the Spurs and their fans. I really think it was my "trophy envy" speaking out. I realize I'm an outsider here and I respect my surroundings.
