My work has never let me access CZ because it blocks most forums blogs.
Here is what it actually says:
Forbidden, this page http://cowboyszone.com/ is categorized as: Blogs & Forums and is Denied by Surfcontrol
I found a way around it to my delight I now can enjoy CZ while at work.
just add the word new before cowboyszone like this
http://new.cowboyszone.com/forums/
Works perfectly
