I got to thinking today if the Cowboys make the playoffs there is a good chance it will be as the #6 seed, if the Cardinals beat the Vikings this week they will most likely be the #3 seed.

I was looking at ticket prices on stubhub and ebay and Cardinals playoff tickets are pretty dang cheap right now.

I went to the Cowboys regular season game in Arizona this year (paid $135 for my single ticket) and sat upper deck corner and they were perfectly fine seats and they are only $73 at the moment on stubhub.

If the Cowboys don't make the playoffs, this is the first home playoff game the Cardinals will have in like 35 years and a lot of people are buzzing about them right now and you should be able to sell them for more than $70 easily.

Just giving you guys a heads up.

I was out there in Scottsdale a few weeks back playing some golf. That's a beautiful area. Loved Fountain Hills. Great views. I use to think of moving to Florida when I retire, but now I believe I'll move out there. Other than Hawaii, that's my second favorite state.

Have you been here in the summer? :)

Or would you be a snow bird?

LOL, probably a snow bird. I currently live in Ohio and the older I get the more I hate winter. Though, the summers around here are very humid. Plus, I love the golf out there.

Oh yeah, golf is great. I work at a golf course actually in Gilbert, AZ.

Sweet. I've been out there twice. I've played TPC, Greyhawk, Sunridge Canyon, Eagle Mtn., and a few others (there names escape me right now, thus they weren't as good as the others). Have to say I liked Eagle Mtn. the best just because of the views it provides. Greyhawk was obviously the toughest.

Wow that's pretty cheap. If it turns out to be the Cardinals vs. Cowboys rematch the prices will go way up. I think we will stay home this time and party at home. Our tickets to the game in October ended up only being $200 a piece for front row 40 yd line. It's always good to wait til the last minute.

Which one?

Thanks for the head's up. I actually had not considered we could be coming here to play. Good looking out.

You have good taste in courses. I have not played Greyhawk. Now I want to.

Oh man it is tough! I'm a scratch golfer, no lie. That course kicked my butt. I hit the ball well and was lucky to break 90. Ended up with an 88. As soon as those other courses come to mind I'll name them as well.

We were out there 3 years ago, had 12 of us. This year there was 16 of us. Had a blast. We take a trip every year the week before Thanksgiving and I've been to quite a few places, but the golf in Arizona is the best--by far. We may go to Scotland next year, so that could be neat. But we'll see how the economy does first, lol.

I'd choose Az over Fl just because you wouldn't have to deal with hurricanes. :laugh1:

AZ is awesome all year around. Yes, it's hot, but it's only a few months out of year AND we look forward to rain! Monsoon season does however get a bit humid and hot.

Oh, one was Tapatio Hills, or something to that sort. Didn't care for it too much. Too many houses near the course that ruin the scenery, plus the scenery isn't that good anyway.

It's called Trilogy @ Power Ranch.

Really nice course, not extremely tough like Greyhawk. In really nice condition right now.
