The only one I'd even consider at this point would be Jason Garrett. At times he can put together a great gameplan, but he can't adjust it during the game if it isn't working. That can be a bit of a problem when the team you're facing is very prepared for what you're throwing at them. But who to replace him? Idk, hope Norv Turner gets fired? =D

I want a young head coach I wanted Rex Ryan back when Wade came in the other guy I liked at the time was Ron Rivera and he is available.

Is Fraiser the Minnesota DC worthy I do not know but he has done a good job the last few years with that defense. I mean there are guys like that that are hungry and I would love to have.

OC who ever the new HC brings that is what should happen.

lol, the way I see it anyone who wants to get rid of Tony Romo hasn't sobered up yet. Jon Kitna will HOPEFULLY be ready the next year or so if Romo gets hurt and Stephen McGee will serve as the backup within a few years. He MIGHT be able to start a couple years once Romo retires and we're in an in between stage. I'm not itching to find out that just yet.

Id like to see Garrett's title changed to assistant HC and Jerry bring in a veter OC to help fill in the void for Garrett's lack of experience.

It would be cool to hit on an offensive linemen in the draft for once and maybe some more talent at Safety.

Kind of hard to tell who is available. Who is not available today could be available tomorrow and vice versa.

I wouldn't mind seeing a new OC. I don't know who is out there but it sure as hell wouldn't have to be a world beater to match some of the crap we saw this season.

That said, Garrett had his times where he was doing well but at the end of the day there were far too many brainiac play calls that did nothing for this team and far too many points scored.
