Mosley just said that today was his best day by far. Said that basically no one has been able to cover him. Even as he was speaking, Roy caught one on the sideline with Scandrick all over him.

Just FYI.

watch as this thread turns into "i'm worried about Scandrick " now :laugh1:

yeah, other than the drop it's sounded like he's done well in Timmah's blog.

btw, I'm worried about Scandrick.

Tim MacMahon: Patrick Crayton burned Courtney Brown for a deep TD. ... Fumbled snap by Procter/McGee. ... Nice tippy-toe sideline catch by Roy Williams on a stop route, using his body to shield Scandrick from the ball. ... Sensabaugh meets Lattimore at the LOS on a toss left. Nice job by Spencer stringing out the play. ... Willie Reid got wide open for an easy catch on a crossing route vs. Mickens. ... Nice zig-zag out by Hurd to get seperation from Brown. ... Stephen Bowen is giving the starting OL fits. That's his second TFL. ... Jesse Holley got good separation deep vs. Jenkins, but Kitna had a Brad Johnson-like underthrow.

Tim MacMahon: Felix Jones amde third-team safety Jerome Carter look silly in the open field on a toss right. ... Great coverage by DeAngelo Smith on a Miles Austin go route. ... Mike Jenkins broke up an out to Crayton, who got good separation but had to wait and leap when Kitna's throw was late and high. Jenkins showed good recovery speed. .... Another nice catch by Roy Williams vs. Scandrick. Similar to the previous one. It was a go that was thrown early and to his back shoulder, letting him use his big frame to shield the DB.

4:16 Tim MacMahon: Mike Mickens picked off a Romo comeback intended for Roy Williams. Mickens got inside position and didn't giver Williams a chance to make a play on the ball. ... Romo hit his favorite target for a big gain the next play. Witten got behind DeMarcus Ware on a seam and Romo fired a bullet about 15 yards downfield. Witten had a lot of room to run. ... After Felix Jones bobbled the pitch, active DE Marcus Spears chased him down.

Don't read so much into practice.

3:32 Tim MacMahon: Roy Williams got good separation from Jenkins on a stop-and-go. Romo put the ball on the money over Williams' outside shoulder. And Williams dropped the ball, causing a huge groan from a crowd ready to explode. ...

FWST

The WR show
I'm watching it right now and it's been pretty entertaining. Some pretty long passes with even prettier catches.

Roy Williams just caught a tip-toe catch along the sidelines, which got a round of applause from the crowd and Hall of Famer Michael Irvin, who was standing at the 50-yard line.

Irving and Williams chatted a little bit near mid-field, too.

Mickens should start. Romo with the turnovers again. Williams lazy and uncoachable.

Romo hit his favorite target for a big gain the next play.

Maybe Romo will be ok afterall.

Ware sucks. Romo and Witten are gold.

What's wrong with Felix? Geeez.

Spears All Pro.

Besides a bad foot or maybe bad route running one thing i fell in love with when i saw Roy play is how he catches the ball. He simply seems to catch everything and he catches in a natural manner.

I don't want to start a TO bashing but to watch a WR catch balls like he does seems refreshing to me.

Hey Tracey, was Roger Starback there?

What about Emmitt Jones?

I agree unless the mistakes are constant mistakes practice after practice. For now I want the guys working hard and they will get their 1st test on the 13th vs the Raiders to get a glimps of where they are and what they need to work as individuals.

The media think Tony needs to throw every pass to Roy to insure chemistry.

Any media member who types Irving, Whitten, or Starback immediately earn my scorn. It's bad enough when mouth breathing Cowboys fans do it. I don't want it from the mouth breathing media.

One man who could butcher players names was good old Tom Landry. Remember Gary Hugginbloom

Making a great catch with a defender draped all over you doesn't mean "no one can cover you", it means you made a great catch. That is what I was hinting at with my first post. Not a complaint, it just didn't make sense. I believe Scandrick, Newman and Jenkins can all stay close with Roy on any route. He needs to use his body. He doesn't have the quickness or routes to get away from them.

I dont care how he does it either, as long as he makes plays.
