And I know it's the eve of a big Cowboys game and I know that's on the forefront of all of our minds, especially those of us up this time of the night....but that said;

Wasn't it great to see a nice snowy game today in Green Bay? Games in those conditions are part of what makes the NFL great. And while I will never be a Packers fan, I'll be damned if I'm not atleast slightly jealous of them for having Lambeau and for getting games in the snow and ice like that.

I really think the Domed stadium....for football....is a travesty. Minnesota and Indianapolis have no business playing in domes, nor do Atlanta or Dallas (in a few years, I'm fine with the current half dome). This isn't baseball, and it drives me nuts. But beyond even that,

I am hoping for a nice snowy game in Foxboro next week, and I'd give my left nut to see a nice snowy game between Dallas and GB next week. In Dallas.

all teams should be forced to play in domes. if not a dome then it should be like texas stadium where you can close it up.

Seattle choked bad, playoff teams usually dont blow 14 point leads. Man, I was hoping for an upset there and it looked good for a couple of mins.

Now, my Packer buddies are already talking smack of how they will get even with Dallas if we can get past the G-men.

And the media, they are going to be on Favre's jock all week long:mad:

I agree. Dome stadiums and astroturf suck. Give me a field like Heinz field anyday over fieldturf.

Im with you on most points,i grew up in pittsburgh and played 7 years of football and i love playing in bad weather and in most cases it was not a problem, but with that being said im happy as he** we wont have to deal with going to GB.

You excited about the big game today for your Commanders?

Dam, thats right, I totally forgot about that arse whooping the Seagarbage Hawks dropped on you.

Maybe next year, at least you have a Hall of Fame coach.

Dam, thats right, I totally forgot. Gibbs took one look at the roster, one look at the salary cap ($23 million over next years projected cap), and he bailed.

At least you have a young franchise QB that led you to the playoffs.

Dam, thats right, 10 yr career backup journeyman QB outplayed the "chosen one" Campbell.

Well, at least you have a great HD TV to watch the real teams play.:D

Agreed.

Taking the weather out of the equation has potentially shorted us on some very memorable games.

A-freaking-men. I think it's ridiculous that Buffalo, New England, and Green Bay can play outdoors while Texas needs a dome. It makes me sick, to tell you the truth.

:starspin I thought the same thing about Seattle, the had a 14 point lead and then choked. The had the lead/momentum but didn't capitalize on either and it allowed Green Bay to get back in the game.
