I hope the Cowboys go in with a chip on their shoulder and blow them out just like they anticipate.

With GB's offensive line, though, it will be really hard for our boys to go in there and get beat. Their offensive line is like swiss cheese (pun intended lawls).

Poor Aaron Rodgers. He's like the Patrick Ramsey of Wisconsin.:)

I liked those uni's actually! And didn't they look more of a "peach" color? They used to be very orange, now they looked a lot lighter...

Agree on both counts! I liked them, too. If nothing else, they were unique. Some of these new unis like the Jags and Panthers are so blah.

And I also thought the ones yesterday were, I don't know, more of a pastel kind of orange. I thought the originals were a lot brighter.

Count me in as one of the few that also liked those unis. They were outrageous, unique, and I loved it. I guess I'm just weird and crazy.

Thank goodness! At least I'm not the only one. I've always had a fondness for those uniforms.

I like all of the throwbacks, for the most part.

"I'm not sure that Rodgers survives this game. Literally. Andre Ware is going to look like he lined up in the backfield every time the Packers have the ball. Tony Romo is now 13-1 in November after Dallas defeated the Eagles Sunday night. The Cowboys, after a slow start, have turned their season, and look to be the winners of the East, as the Giants are rapidly shrinking. <<< (((Who is Andre Ware??)))>>>

"I hope Dallas chooses to play Andre Ware at LB, rather than DeMarcus. We might still be in it in the third quarter that way. "

:lmao2:great read. Thanks!

I also was a fan of the old Bucs jerseys, I also dug the Broncos' orange crush jerseys. I wish they would've worn those instead of those brown and yellows during all of these throwback weeks.

I'm not underestimating Green Bay. This actually looks like one of our tougher games so far this season, maybe the toughest. They kind of remind me of us. Have quotable stats, but errors/problems that lose them games. If they play up to their stats, the game will probably be tougher than the Philly game. So I'm not going to be let down as much if it's not a blowout in our favor or a close loss.

For example, they're top 10 in yards per play on both offense and defense:

#6 offense
#6 defense

The only other teams that are top 10 in both are Pittsburgh, New England, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia.

Green Bay is awful, their best win of the year was against the freaking Bears in Lambeau with a +4 TO margin. Their o-line is swiss cheese, they have allowed the most sacks in the league this year and just put another lineman on IR. If we dont get at least 6 sacks, we are frauds.

If we are legit, we roll this .500 ball club easy. I really dont see anyway for us to lose, not if we are a playoff team. Lets say this, if we cant beat freaking Green Bay then the Philly game will look like a giant fluke.

They look like the Tennessee Volunteers, and yes, this uniform is superior to the pewter puke color of their present pants and helmets.

plus the winking pirate shivers me timbers and any other god fearing man that see's that on the football field, brute psychological warfare that logo.

Good Lord, I cant imagine losing to this crap. I would rather lose to Detroit, seriously.

No wonder all the Green Bay fans are picking us to win, I think I would just forfeit all my remaining games if I was this team's first win.

Eh? What game are you watching there dude? Rodgers is playing great? He is not playing bad, and maybe good eough, but great wouldn't be anything that should used of Rodgers play. He is holding onto the ball too long, and looking lost generally at times. He does make great plays on occasion though. ANd usually pads his stats when game is over.

And he always chokes when it requires his team to comeback in 4th quarter. Color me totally unimpressed with him. He is a decent to good QB at best. He is not a great QB by any stretch at this point anyway.

That's a great point. The Rodger's apologists and half the media (who always mention Rodgers as a Pro Bowl QB) talk about how the offensive line can't give him any time to throw. They never mention the fact that he holds the ball way too long and never throws the ball away when he has an opportunity to do so. That is why his sacks are so high. If he threw the ball away when protection breaks down or when he gets out of the pocket, instead of taking a sack, he would have numbers closer to the average NFL QB.
