Sal Palontonio (sp?) says on the Herd the Skins are 6-1 at the Superdome and will be tough playing the Saints.

I mean tough and actually winning the game are two different things.

And Sal says watch the Colts in Chicago.

Whats he been hitting this morning? Both Skins and Colts with rookie QB's in their 1st games and he thinks they will win?

Some people have Chicago going to the SuperBowl . . . . . . . . . .

:lmao2: :lmao2: :lmao2: :lmao2: :lmao2:

I hate the 'aints, but I hope they beat the foreskinz.

Skins over the Saints huh? Well there are good predictions and then there's this one lol. I Predict Brees will have atleast 4 td's and cruise to an easy win.

Sal Pal is a ****** eagle homer.

No way the Colts beat the Bears.

Skins over the Saints would be a huge upset as well. Let's hold off on the annoiting oil for RGIII a little bit.

Saints are not a Big 12 team.

So I guess the fact that the Deadskisn Secondary being on life support these days means nothing at all huh....

Lomas Brown just said he thinks the Colts will beat the Bears also . . . . . . . . . .

He thinks the Colts match up well . . . . . . . . . . .

I don't understand the Chicago hype either OP. Jay Cutler certainly is a better QB with Marshall back. Thing is, he has arguably the worst line in the league, can't evade nearly as well as Romo, and he has an aging D in Urlacher/Peppers/Tillman.

Brees is going to shred that secondary. Skins have no chance.

I want all NFC teams but us to lose every week. I don't care who they play.

Everyone one on ESPN and NFLN said no way we could beat the Giants except two homers in Irvin and LT.

yeah i've seen the Bears a few times as a trendy SB pick, I just don't get where they are getting that and why they think the Bears will be any better than last year....most of their team is on the downward slide in their career.....

as for the 'aints-skins...my prediction is that the 'aints will be a bit out of sorts, the defense will be terrible and further confused by a QB they've never seen and that can run...the 'aints will win, their D will make RGIII look good, and the DC media will begin putting RGIII into the HoF. The rest of the season will be about RGIII and the DC media getting hit with cold, harsh reality...just like every other season and prospect they've ever had in the last decade or so....

Apparently they have been getting great practice at the HOF prep for RGIII already. My parents still live in the DC area and the preseason media hype over RGIII is bad. My mom doesnt follow much about football, so when she mentions it, it has to be bad. But then again, just typical of Skins Mania from irrationally exuberant football nut cases! :lmao:

RGIII Is looking pretty hot right now.

RG3 is a legitimate baller, I anticipate him to outshine Luck this season and perhaps for the duration of their careers.

He may have a good career, but Luck is going to be the best in the NFL in a few years.

RGIII looking good so far for sure, I'm still not scared of the skins. An NFL defense should bring them back down to earth. I don't see a player on their offense that should be able to have a big game against us. Meanwhile, their secondary looks like a tasty morsel for Romo and co. I think we beat them worse than usual, that is unless we are going to win the SB, then I'd predict two losses to them, that was par for us back in the '90s and vice versa for them in the '80s.

It's just one game but the Commanders look really sharp. I would suggest taking them seriously. There's no doubt that the Saints' personnel/off the field issues are effecting them as a unit, but this doesn't disparage from the cohesiveness this Commanders team seems to be displaying. RG3 looks like a veteran quarterback. Mike Shanahan has put a good unit out there, and no amount of blind homerism will discredit that. In fairness, I think the Saints look just awful. If what the Commanders is showing is nothing but fluff, then another team should have no problem coming along and knocking them down a notch. Well see...
