Forget Bill Cowher what about Marty Schottenheimer?

I know his Playoff Record isnt Great but Dont you think Schottenheimer would whip these guys more into shape because he has Taken over more Bad Teams then Chower has Example Jimmy Johnson when he took over the Dolphins he just didnt have the same passion he did in Dallas.

Marty is a hell of a coach and I'd take him in a second.

San Diego and their GM are all idiots.

Maybe we could just keep Phillips and hire Marty as a... um... how about the "Vice President of Player discipline".

True! But Wade's Isnt much better. And I wasnt old enought to Rember his Browns team's but wouldnt this be his most talented team by far?

While a great coach, I think that would just add to the notion that we can't win games when it matters. Whether he has anything to do with that or not, the media would run with it and the pressure would build just that much more.

When Norv Turner got fired from the Commanders Schottenheimer went on every media outlet he could and ripped Snyder for firing Turner.
