You noticed that too, eh?
Desperation mode by Jason.
You noticed that too, eh?
I think he’ll be back in 6 months. At least for the start of preseason, however long that is. He can’t play a game until its time to play games.
What is funny about this is that our fans want to believe he will be out at least until late September, but all the while they swear he is not really all that great.
If not for the 4th qtr yesterday our offense is pretty putrid vs a 2 win team. Just sayin...
What was false that I said? Y’all loved David Carr 3 months ago
No explain to me how 1 qtr of explosive offense washes away the past 4 games of total ineptness. If not for the quarter where we put up 200 yards and 20 points?
Do you realize how ridiculous that sounds?
Typical recovery for football players is 6 to 9 months. He's young and will have some of the best doctors and rehab money can buy. If I were a gambling man, I'd say he'll be back by game one.
Division rivalry. That’s the way it is when we play NY or Wash. Records are thrown out.If not for the 4th qtr yesterday our offense is pretty putrid vs a 2 win team. Just sayin...
so where have you been hiding your medical degree with a specialty in knees?I think he’ll be back in 6 months. At least for the start of preseason, however long that is. He can’t play a game until its time to play games.
He does sell hope, doesn't he?

Yep! Evidently, even though we're eyeballs high in diarrhea doo-doo here, there's still good to be had.![]()
Here's a question I've often wondered about...can an NFL player get busted for steroids if a doc prescribed them because of an injury? I was in the military and if you pissed hot for a banned substance you were in trouble unless a doc had prescribed them to you (luckily, steroids are not one of the substances the military routinely tests for). Does the same principle hold true in the NFL? The mechanism of anabolic steroids is simply to increase the rate of protein synthesis. You will heal faster. Seems like that would be something a doctor would want to prescribe to a pro athlete that needs to recover as fast as they possibly can.
Yep. Any banned substance. Even if it’s present off-label or present in the NFL’s published list of products that are supposed to be clean. It’s the players responsibility.
Lawrence’s recent suspension was reportedly over something he’d been given by a doctor in treatment for a surgical procedure, if I remember correctly.
He can NOT mess up, but he's already messed up too much.
The season started a few months ago, not now.
