If you want to see a humorous movie, I highly recommend it. Of course, if you aren't into this type of humor, then you won't find it funny. I went and saw it with a couple of my friends and we were dying throughout the entire movie.

Could have done without seeing that guys "anatomy" so much, but whatever. Good movie to see. Worth the $8.

There were so many funny quotes, some, I guess I can't share here. Here are some of the cleaner ones:

  • 10. "When life hands you lemons, **** the lemons and bail." - Kunu (Chuck)
  • 09. "I need to B my L on someone's T's." - Peter
  • 08. "Come on out. Oh, the weather outside is weather." Kunu (Chuck) singing
  • 07. "God put our mouths on our head for a reason. No!" - Darald
  • 06. "Oh ok, I'll just go **** myself then." - Matthew
  • 05. "Die! I Can’t." - David singing a Dracula rock song
  • 04. "It's the Luao" - Brother in Law's wife
  • 03. "When they mix the sexuality and the violence, I like it" - Darald
  • 02. "I was gonna listen to that, but then, um, I just carried on living my life" - Aldous
  • 01. "my (male anatomy) doesn't want to be around you" - David

Anyone else see this?

It's vulgar, but I laughed out loud quite a bit.

Funny movie.

It looks like it would have a few laughs...

I plan on a NetFlix order in a few months...

I saw it yesterday and thought it was great. I had been eager to see it and it did not disappoint me. My kind of humor. Plus I just like going to watch movies.

Of course I only paid $4 to see it. The nearby mall has $4 movies before noon on weekends. Sunday mornings are usually very small crowds for any movie starting early. This one was at 10:30 AM.

I took my wife to this movie last week and for the first few minutes I was uncomfortable. In fact, she said to me right after the first nude scene "What kind of movie did You bring me to?" in that tone that all men dread and then asked "what is this rated?" in the same tone.

after that tho, the movie settled down and we both loved it. It was definetely crude but not over the top crude like some stuff out there. Good movie.

This line from Sarah's TV show at the beginning of the movie cracked me up.

Sarah Marshall: [lifts up the sheet] What do you think, Rush?

Detective Hunter Rush: [cringes] It's going to be hard for her to re-enter the pageant... without a face.

Best acting Billy Baldwin has ever done.

Knocked Up > 40 Year Old Virgin > SuperBad > Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

They were all produced by Judd Apatow, but he was not the writer or director for either Superbad or Forgetting Sarah Marshall. You can see the differences between those two movies and the other two which he did write and direct.

40YOV> Knocked Up>FSM>SuperBad in my opinion.

SB > FSM > KU > 40YOV ... in my opinion.

They're all pretty equal. What the others didn't have that FSM had was extremely hot chicks. Wow, the chick from That 70s Show was smoking hot.

I think Pineapple Express will own all. It's not Apatow, but it has a lot of the same group.

mila kunis is a 10.

I miss that 70s show. There is nothing funny on worth watching.

Apatow's wife, Lesile Mann is in KU and 40YOV and she is pretty darn ot. Catherine Keener is cute and I like Elizabeth Banks and Katherine Heigl as well. But I do admire Kristen Bell.

Pineapple Express is an Apatow production. I think he co-wrote the story, but not the screen play.

I dug it but I like all of Apatow's movies.

The entire crew they use is just hilariously normal.
A bunch of oddball guys for sure but very next door and humorous.

A lot of the funniest stuff was subdued and some of the over the top stuff tried too hard.

Cool flick all in all.

No where near as good as 40 year old Virgin which is the best of this genre imho. The only comedy that made me laugh more was Wedding Crashers.

I have no idea why, but Paul Rudd singing that song with the lyrics "The weather outside is weather" was hilarious.

I thought this one was pretty great. Definitely a little cheesy at times, and more rom-com than standard Apatow stuff, but a pretty good first screenplay for the main actor(Peter). I forget his real name.
