I will grudgingly root for the . . . Skins and against Eli Mae Manning.

I would rather see them battle to tie (which I know won't happen) and they both screw up their standings for the entire season.

If I had to choose, it would be the Giants. If the Deadskins were on fire, I wouldn't piss on them to put them out.

I hate these NFC East matchups that happen so early in the season. Later on we at least know what the playoff implications are.

That being said, I think the Giants will probably be better than the Commanders this year, so I'll root against New York. What I really want is a sloppy game with multiple turnovers and scratch-your-head moments.

Might be kind of humorous to see all the Skins fans get all excited about a win and start talking Super Bowl. (ok, maybe continue is the more appropriate choice)
