One of the key starters the Denver Broncos are still waiting to replace in the 2025 offseason is running back Javonte Williams. Williams was a second-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft by the Broncos, the first draft class by general manager George Paton.

Williams looked like one of the top young running backs in the league as a rookie and was poised for a huge breakthrough in 2022 before a bad knee injury against the Raiders early in the 2022 season. It was assumed that he might miss some time early in the 2023 season due to the injury, but he was miraculously on the field for basically the entire offseason program.

That Warren Sharp (Broncos fan) sounds like many of the Dak critics around here. Butthurt, pissed off and out to personally demean the player. Javontae Williams is no longer in Denver (sadly, our Cowboys signed him :banghead: ), yet this Warren Sharp clown is behaving like a butthurt and heartbroken fool who wishes he had his recently lost but failure of an ex-girlfriend back. Dude needs to mentally grow up. Plus, he needs to keep the Dallas Cowboys out of his mouth!!

THESE ARE ALLLLLL runs I've seen Zeke have, gets the ball from Dak and as SOON as he gets near the line, he slips and falls!! He's going to fit in perfectly, he may not even make the roster, he may be a Ro-jo cut!

I can see them drafting 2 rbs. One early and one late and both of the washed free agents they signed not making the team.

Outside of him slipping on the first rep I saw absolutely no blocking.

100% agree - if you’re trying to show a RB doesn’t have it, I would think you would show video of him no gaining positive yards when the blocking was average or better. It seemed as if every play EXCEPT the slip, he got hit at or behind the LOS. And, I by no means am suggesting he should be RB1 - that guy should come from this draft.

The goal here was clearly to make him look bad! I'm sure in his career he had a few decent runs i'm not sure ya know lol

I'll wait and see before getting giddy or hating on a player. Every year is different....the only thing that doesn't change is the immaturity of fans, some positive and some negative. It turns most of us into kids again. That's part of the enjoyment....with that in mind, I am rubber and you are glue, whatever crap you spew, bounces off of me and sticks to you! Please don't share your thoughts!

I would imagine at some point in the past you had some relevant points to make.

I suggest you go look at better plays then and not cherry picked to prove a point because some random fan does not like a player.

Then go make a thread about something good and positive, for us to give thoughts on.

I think he was pretty clear and spot on.

The number one ranked oline, yet not a single rb thrived in that offense. Estime, Perine nor Mclaughlin were consistently good. Maybe JW is a bust but no one was running well in that offense.

Seems to me it may not have been the RB's then.
No respect for the passing game, so keyed on the run game?
Bad offensive schemes? Predictable?

Sound familiar? But wait, that theory does not apply to other teams.
