A lot longer, will seem like a millennium, compared to how long it takes for fans to dump on anything and everything.

Its this kind of "outside the box" coaching style that will get these "new players" to maximize their potential.

I promise you that when we win the NFC Championship game and advance to the SB, I will give you full credit for calling out these "great differences" this off season.

Its because you definitely deserve that and its the very least I can do.

Its literally the same energy level that the other 31 teams are experiencing right now.

The Browns "energy" level is through the roof right now with Sanders there and this hyped Qb battle.....they won't even sniff the playoffs.

If you want to believe that the energy level and platitudes from the new HC are substantive.....have at it.

Most of us look at proven roster upgrades and coaching experience.....but what do we know?

Love this statement ...........Talent only takes you so far, culture is what wins. Think about it, most, if not all, Super Bowl winners have/had a core of 5-6 players who stuck together with one goal.

I would like a coach who not only preaches but ensures, physicality and team cohesion , as those aspects are needed in the playoffs and championships and was missing in the previous coaching regimes

Ha ha , one afternoon of paintball is not going to make all that , but if the head coach really motivates the players ( having right players also) and Owner let him do his business without interference, may be we will get there one day
