Former Cowboys Kelvin Joseph was arrested and charged in fatal crash

Oh, how quickly “America’s Team” fanbase turns on their own players so quickly depending on the players value. It seems like yesterday when “Bossman Fat” was caught on video in an altercation with a young man who was later killed in a DRIVE BY SHOOTING by someone in a vehicle which Joseph was riding in at the same time and the usual homers were defending him because he was still on the Cowboys roster and they thought he may live up to his draft position.

Now once he’s not a Cowboys he’s just “trash”. The guy is and always has been a POS but the homers will always defend their own. I guarantee if he was still a Cowboy, the usuals would be spinning this story to defend his actions.

Another failed “Jerry’s Kid”. He was draped in red flags coming out of college but Jerrah thought he was getting a discount and could turn him around at the Cowboys Country Club/Rehab facility. Go Cowboys!

Another kid with lots of physical ability but no brains. I don't think he liked football. Is Mazi next?

The blame goes to Jerry for this.

He believes he can turn troubled or injured players into bona fide NFL stars, using high draft picks on them and thinking he has outsmarted the league. If Jerry weren't our GM and didn't meddle in football matters, I would love him to death.

But no—he's a fool running our team into the ground, not realizing the harm he's causing.
? I am no fan of Jerry but he is not responsible for the actions of Joseph a former player. Why not blame the Dolphins then for trading for him with the Cowboys. While we are at it why not blame the NFL and the College Draft Advisory Committee? Why stop there, blame his parents for giving birth to him.

Jerry isn’t responsible for their actions, he’s just dumb for drafting, trading and/or paying them when the flags were all there PRIOR to when he acquired them. Jerrah, being the narcissist he is, thinks he’s the smartest GM in the league and can get a discount by turning these guys around after most other teams passed on them. More of often than not it doesn’t work out in his favor.

Ironically, here’s a little article that popped up today.

Forced pick. They “had” to draft a CB.

I also remember people on this site defending him to the teeth when he was in the same car as somebody that murdered another dude and didn’t report it to the police until the police had proof he was a witness.

Scumbag.
He was in the car? Oh nooo!

Sucks he was driving drunk. I did that way too many times in my 20s. Didn't kill anyone, but could have.

Most of us have if we're honest.

Its morons like him that made me sell my Harley and quit riding. I had too many close calls.
And the people that text while driving are even more dangerous.
Riding in a city is ….pressure packed. Lots of
Fast moving , inattentive drivers, switching lanes.
I still ride but live In a rural area.
It’s a bad deal.

Drafting injured players or those with questionable histories in the 2nd round has practically become Jerry’s signature move. It’s less about building a strong team and more about Jerry wanting to prove he’s the smartest guy in the room.

These picks rarely pay off for the Cowboys, yet he keeps doing it. You can defend Jerry all you want, but as the GM, he’s ultimately responsible for the players who end up on this roster. If there’s blame to go around, it starts with him.

Hardy, Pacman, and Kelvin.

Is anybody surprised?
It happens you do realize these players are pulled out of a pool of society humans lots of humans make mistakes by the way it's not that their ex cowboys they also played for other teams matter of fact pac man's an ex Bengal Hardee's an X 49er to be honest they were there more than they were here hell Hardy played longer at I believe carolina then he did here so everyone always with the ex cowboy garbage look they're just players that made mistakes big mistakes...

For all over other teams they're all over other sports I mean if you look at Rashee Rice last year , Burress, that's all he got I mean, I've been seeing a lot of X Kansas City chiefs getting rested getting in trouble it happens it is life humans are to error..

I mean not there guys like Aaron Hernandez that had done far worse things and I know they're both desperate what he did was intentional guys like OJ and I realized it was after he played but technically he was Brown I mean he got away with murder and then turn around and still goes to prison with some assaults...Kellen Winslow for muliple assualts and rapes,

This is what Kelvin Joseph probably has coming it's pretty close proximity to what happened so three years and up for parole will the league allow Henry Ruggs to be back in it I don't know but he wasn't an ex Dallas Cowboy I can tell you that...

'Henry Ruggs III, a former NFL player, was arrested and later sentenced to prison for his role in a fatal DUI crash. In November 2021, he was driving drunk at high speeds when he collided with another vehicle, resulting in the deaths of the driver and her dog. He was sentenced to a minimum of three years and a maximum of ten years in prison. '

It's sad for the victims and sometimes yes, it's sad for the player the person they're people making big mistakes.. With some of these crimes have been accidents at least they didn't have a intent like when you're have intent and you plan a murder or you plan a rape and an assault it's far worse so as bad as this is it sucks that it happens....

It gets old talking about though what is the need to have to talk about other people's problems has nothing to do with football and truly it has nothing to do with the Cowboys these people have been more than one team removed and more than 1 year removed from being a Dallas cowboy if they were still with the Cowboys it'd be something we'd be talking about right now but it's not and it shouldn't be not in the main area that we're supposed to be discussing dallas cowboy content only this is not Dallas Cowboy content you're trying to make it that way but it's not...

If Kelvin Joseph is wondering what my be ahead for him he could just look at this pretty much the same thing... You're right humans make mistakes there wasn't intent here like some of the other murders and things we've seen with rape and assaults but it's still bad but yeah anybody who thinks that he went out and did this on purpose I realized he made a decision to get in a vehicle but a lot of people have.... No one's condoning it or making excuses for this kid but it happens he's gonna pay for it...

:hammer:And the dozens of other NFL players or Sports players that didn't play for the Cowboys that have done worse they are just human beings as have made mistakes and now they're going to pay for their crimes but yeah you can't blame the teams that's why I'm tired of talking about they act like he's an ex cowboy well he's also you're right he's played for other teams greg Hardy played far longer for the 49ers and for the Carolina Panthers and yet they act like somehow he's linked more to the Cowboys now he stopped here for a cup of coffee for one year...

it's always about bringing the Cowboys name into it pac-man Jones he said bengal everybody knows him because he played for the Cincinnati Bengals not for the Cowboys and yet that's what they do it's always come back that we need clicks let's just make them ex cowboy in the headline ughh!!
