Former Cowboys Kelvin Joseph was arrested and charged in fatal crash

He was in the car? Oh nooo!

Sucks he was driving drunk. I did that way too many times in my 20s. Didn't kill anyone, but could have.

Most of us have if we're honest.

This exact minimization is what I’m talking about.

Did you also witness somebody murder another human and not report it to the police until you’re caught red handed on video as being a witness?

Is it that hard to just say “yeah Joseph is a moron of the highest magnitude and also doesn’t seem to be a good person”

I mean it won’t hurt you to just say it.

Ok good for him, I thought he went to a college in louisiana?
I wonder what his degree was in?
Also athletes often get helped thru college so they can keep playing.
That's right. When I was at Texas, I had a couple classes with football players. One guy, a receiver, never showed up. But the TA sent an email threatening to fail him. He came in one of the meetings before a midterm paper was due, had his head down and the TA ended up telling him just to write something, didn't matter what it was and said he didn't realize how much time they spent in practice after someone on Coach Brown's staff lined him out.

Another guy, a line backer, had one answer for everything.."there was a shift." He must have talked a lot about shifting in practice or something. Was hilarious.

I also sat next to a long distance runner who was actually smart. But yeah, most players aren't there for their academic prowess.

Concerning KJ....yes guys and gals, water is still wet. Like death and taxes, some things remain the same. Without missing a beat. Prayers for the family.

Lol, exactly what I’m talking about. Surprised the usual 4 other homers on this site didn’t like your post.

I’m quite sure there could have been video of him shooting someone and you and the few others would justify that he did nothing wrong.

“Oh noooooo, it was self defense, who hasn’t killed someone before”.

You would also probably be the first to whine and cry if he was a good player on another team and didn’t get suspended.

Maybe his attorney can get a 1 or 2 year deal and he can make a comeback.

He was one of the better gunners we've had, and made the most clutch play of the game against San Fran as a gunner. It put us back into the game. Momentarily.

I mean, I kid. But we saw this same thing with Jalen Carter and he's still in the league.

The only person readily reporting about the bail amount was Mike Fisher. But no bail was set.
Haven't read exact details.
I don't think Kelvin Joseph is good enough to make a comeback see the thing with comebacks like Michael Vick you got to have to be really good to do so plaxico Buress, definitely was good enough to come back,

henry Ruggs believe it or not he might be able to at least get one more chance but Joseph already slipped into the UFL he's done he's cooked ,

it's over nobody's going to give a guy that really can't play a second chance..

FYI everyone of these incidents have their own story and looks like Jalen Carter's is much different his card did not crash the person in his vehicle did not die parties were friends and all three parties if they allegedly were racing they all were guilty of participating in it therefore it's a completely different situation and there was no signs he was drinking or inebriated in any way and yet the car that had the accident which the passenger died that driver was over the legal limit and the passenger died but it looks like everybody being guilty of participating in whether you want to call it st racing or just reckless driving and playing around on the road jalen Carter was never directly responsible for it given the fact that the SUV that the passenger died in it was just crashed into a light pole it wasn't even an accident between the three cars that were racing allegedly.

So it looks like the person actually who are driving the car that had the accident that he died and the passenger died those are the only facts in the story and it looks like that driver Lacroy can't be prosecuted because well he died.... Being more than twice the legal limit and driving a 104 miles an hour and wrapping yourself around the pole or a tree I believe they might have hit multiple things it kind of takes Jalen Carter out of the mix other than he may have participated in stupidity of reckless driving around other people that were also reckless driving at their own peril..

The only thing Jalen Carter was guilty of is leaving the scene of an accident but he came back but other than that and I by the way I had to go read it cause I didn't remember it this is not the same at all.....

He plays for another team. I never saw how being a passenger in a car where someone else shot someone made him guilty. For being a passenger in the car.

What exactly did he do? Other than being in the car? Nobody could ever tell me what he did to the victim other than being there. There was a fight, but Joseph didn't pull the trigger.

I like how you easily draw conclusions from not much evidence. And you sound like a whiner.

Risen does that a lot. He still thinks Carson Wentz is the answer at QB.
This is what I was saying earlier, though. I thought Matt Corral was going to be good.

It happens any time you scout players. People will point out who you were wrong about but leave out who you got right.

He also like Shakur over Tolbert, I believe...

It's impossible to not be wrong sometimes. Those who point out who was wrong where likely aren't also putting their necks out on who they believe will be good.

Because of course they'd be wrong too and then they don't have ground to stand on when pointing out others are wrong.

Even the best of scouts are nowhere near 100 percent.

I will say I think Corral made Mingo look better than he actually was....

The difference is the he still believes Wentz is the answer.
