Former DC mayor Marion Barry fires on Daniel Snyder

The Washington Commanders defeated the New York Giants twice this season, something the New England Patriots were not able to achieve once in two meetings, least of all in the biggest game of the year.

That had one longtime Commanders fan stewing.

Leave it to Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post to unearth this one. Marion Barry Jr., the former longtime mayor of Washington D.C., came out firing at Commanders owner Daniel Snyder by way of his personal Twitter account.

“DAN SYNDER SUCKS,” wrote Barry, who currently serves as a city council member in the city's 8th Ward. Yes, Barry spelled the man's last name wrong. But hey, that can happen to the best of us.
