This kid must be really good to still be allowed in school and avoid jail time.

Former Jenks tight end Reese Leitao will be allowed to enroll at Texas
Former Jenks High School football player Reese Leitao will be allowed to enroll at the University of Texas, Longhorns athletic director Mike Perrin announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Leitao received a deferred sentence May 23 after entering a guilty plea to a reduced charge related to a February drug-related arrest on the high school campus.
Leitao, 18, was charged with a felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute after police reported he had been selling Xanax pills to other students. A police report indicated he had about $1,300 in cash with him at the time of his Feb. 28 arrest.
“He has taken ownership of his mistake and the consequences that come with it,” Perrin said in a statement. “He understands that he will, strongly, be held to a very high standard at the University of Texas. He committed to me that he will take this negative action and turn it into a positive outcome. Reese is determined to make this situation a turning point in his life and not an event that defines his character.”
