The former New London-Spicer athlete moved to Arizona after graduating from Concordia-Moorhead in December
The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Zylstra finished his Cobbers career with 3,322 all-purpose yards — 114.6 per game in 29 games — and 23 touchdowns. He caught 120 passes for 1,932 yards and 18 touchdowns.
As an NLS senior, he caught 42 passes for 819 yards and nine touchdowns, and he averaged 22 yards on kick returns, made 86 tackles and also kicked off.
As a Cobber, it was more of the same. In addition to his pass catching, Zylstra ran the ball 25 times for almost 400 yards and scored five TDs, and he averaged almost 23 yards per kick return and 11 yards on punt returns.
