Just think if the light comes on for this kid at the DT position. At his size, if he has any sort of speed and athleticism he could be a monster.

He only made it this far because of the program he came in under. Otherwise, he wouldn't have even been on his first preseason roster.

I'm gonna say if he shows any kind of spark in camp he could certainly get a spot on the practice squad.

As long as he is not costing a roster spot worth trying , if something comes out good, or not a big loss.

Why is this guy still a topic?

I love an underdog story, and would love for him to become an outstanding player, but he's been with the Cowboys 3 years already, and is going into a 4th, and has never been an active player. I know he is changing positions, but at this point his chances of making the active roster at all, much less having any real impact, seem so low that he can't really be discussed seriously.

He at least was a Cowboy and had the heart of a member. No one no matter the entrance category is guaranteed more time on a team. Most don't last this long.

I wish him luck and would immediately study with Randy White.
