Former PSU back is gaining attention from Cowboys, other teams.

If we could somehow get Pacman, Tank and This Guy the street cred would be threw the roof.

I think the word is already out on the street.... #88 helped us do that

Interesting blurb about his pro day
Penn State's Pro Day on March 18. Scott, weighing 223 pounds, did 27 repetitions in the 225-pound bench press and ran a 4.58 40-yard dash, numbers that appealed to scouts. In fact, times in two of his drill times (the 20-yard shuttle and three-cone) were better than any back who ran at the February NFL combine.

He should hope that he doesn't get drafted seeing as how he probably will be a 7th round pick if he does get drafted.

 HUH?!

Why wouldnt a player not want to be drafted?

That would mean he has a shot to make a team. If he is a UDFA, he has to be signed by another team which might not happen. Again, if he does get drafted, at least he has a for sure shot at making a team...

you can choose where you go.

I've seen all the Penn St games, this Guy is nothing, He has been in trouble all thru out his College career. He has a serious attitude problem dating back to High School where he ran around with Gang Bangers, it got to the Point that Paterno finally kicked him off the team. He might have all the Measurebles, but I hope the Cowboys stay away from him.

He has a better chance of picking the right situation, one that'll work out best for him. I think there's a chance he can make more money too, I think, as an udfa rather than being chosen in the 7th.

Here's his scouting report (I watched every game he played in college and loved him as a prospect coming out of high school):

1. Slow - has no breakaway speed.
2. Fumbler - absolutely cost PSU at least 2 games.
3. Lazy - expected to be the man based on his high school cred and didn't want to work hard. Missed meetings and liked to party.
4. Decent change of direction, but not enough explosiveness.
5. Career finally done in by false rape allegations, but should have been 3rd string by that point behind Kinlaw and Royster. After looking at redshirt freshman Stephon Green in the spring game, one could argue that he should have been 4th string last year.
6. Seemed to get worse with each year.
7. At the best of times, seemed to be a very, very poor man's Shaun Alexander.

I'd rather Dallas took a chance on Rodney Kinlaw, who is small but underrated.

Sounds like he just needs to gain some weight and change to FB

romo wasn't drafted. he did pretty good. if you're drafted in the 7th you usually get *less* money than you give the UDFA's because they do get to pick and choose their best situation.

Because you can CHOOSE which team you want to go to.

Lord have mercy ! He ran that magical time. We need to draft him at #28 to ensure he will be a Cowboy...
