They could have drafted Harvey Martin. Good lord. Imagine him on the Raiders at that time?

The 1st round is too high for all kickers and punters. The main reason, you can get him in the 2nd round. That's today. Back then, I guess they were worried. Plus I think he was picked late in the first round.
