okay kid lighten up....dallas defense isn't entirely crap. We have been able to almost establish a bend don't break defense...one that yes gives up plays in the middle of the field has corners sit 5- 7 yards off the reciever while getting gashed but we have had a knack for snatching turnovers. Turnovers combined with a defense that doesn't break in the red zone..can spell some success its not flashy but it's effective...combine that with a some big plays from the offense maybe and wa-la u have yourself a good chance...so dont get so down sonny

any team that want to beat us - all they have to do is run the ball - and make a couple passes its not like we have any good CB's or coverage LB's

That is me to a T. Every once in a while I'll make an attempt to sit down, but that lasts all of 3 seconds before I stand up again and pace around the TV.

Well, impossible for me I mean. For big games anyway. I'm a very anxious and high strung person in general. I heard that yoga and meditation helps with that, lol.

Zen Buddhism helps.
I am by no means devout, but the meditation and the willing, purposeful practice of "Letting Go" can be a real game changer if you choose to embrace it.

It doesn't always work (unless you're trying to be a monk maybe), but it's helped me get over some big-time tragedies, my own anger issues I used to harbor (no longer! ), and the constant aggravations and adversities that come with my job.
I'm not recruiting- please don't think I am.

I just know it helped me become a happier, less stressed human.

Ok, I hear you.

I'm kind of easygoing/laid back. I realize that I have no control over anyone but me so I try to remain calm.

VERY difficult to do where these Cowboys are concerned sometimes, though!
