the man weighs 280lb at least, 6'6" at least and can run like a running back.
he can make shoestring catches with inaccurate passes and then RAC almost like barry sanders
and his drive is quite strong - ie helmut throwing
look at how much he has picked up in 1 year.
i would be rather disappointed if they cannot figure out 5 plays for him.
2 goal line, 1 rub play with dez, 1 rub play with twill, and a te screen
B-B-B...B-Barry Sanders???

Barry Sanders?! Dude.

lol i said almost like barry sanders.
take a look at the video from last year and the rac after the shoestring catch yesterday.

If Barry Sanders comes to mind while watching him--I don't know what to tell you. Rico couldn't play RB at the D2 level, yet you're comparing him to the most elusive back of all time. I want some of what you have. The guy couldn't make an active roster and you're comparing him to Barry Sanders.

I'll move on. Sorry. Go Cowboys.

Learning on the job is hard at the NFL level. Name some other players who had zero relevant football experience, but went on to make multiple pro-bowls. Then filter that list to guys who didn't make the active roster year one, and were 3rd or 4th string year 2. It's not as easy as finding an ex-basketball player and--boom!--Jimmy Graham. 80% is pretty crazy.

The only one I can think of is Cornell Green. Never played football I believe before the Boys drafted him. Did not even know how to put on pads correctly. Made Pro Bowls at both CB and Safety and that was when Pro Bowls really meant something.

I'm just hoping that the defensive linemen don't fall into not resting when an opposing offensive lineman has hands on him. That then turns into ignored holding penalties later in games.

There's enough depth, for even the young players to battle through on each play.
