I don’t think there is any deadline for in season for extensions, just look at holdouts that bleed into the season.

Ok so in the name of objectivity go find me some players Gronk says don’t deserve to get paid? Oh that’s right the players understand the brotherhood and stick together until someone is paying them enough to say otherwise for clicks and ratings.
Where are all these teams lining up trying to work a trade if Dak is as valued as you claim and no deal?
Those are the videos I wanna see. Players advocating for players is meaningless. Players paid to pontificate is meaningless.
Why hasn’t Jerry been so worried about resigning Dak at Dak’s terms? Could have done that 6 months ago. Bring me the GMs and owners who build rosters and cut checks.

.in the playoffs or not/ despite past SB wins or appearances or not
- Doug Pederson (won a SB) fired .. .. Pete Carroll (won SB) - fired ....... Dan Quinn in playoffs/in a SB fired ...
.- McCarthy in GB, (won a SB) ..... Tom Coughlin (won 2 SB vs NE, but forced to retire) .... John Fox .... Steve Mariucci ...etc..
