I have a blog post that goes live soon concerning this, but I thought I would post it since I think it could have significant legal implications and set some interesting precedent for the league.

- If Brady prevails, how does it affect other players' suspensions or loss of job? Will players like Peterson, Rice, or Hardy then be able to file a lawsuit against the NFL for wrongful deprivation of property, i.e. wages, or seek some other judicial remedy?
- If Brady prevails, how does it affect players' rights moving forward? Will the NFL/Goodell finally have its hands tied when it comes to the personal conduct policy, since any player would then be able to negotiate a settlement in lieu of suspension?
