Is that supposed to be DWI?

OWI = Operating While Intoxicated

Operating has a broader meaning than Driving WI. As you can also get an OWI while only sitting in the cars driver seat, started but not driving it. Or you just have your key inserted but not even started the car.

The mug shot was not a great pic. Maybe he always looks that way without the tv makeup? Regardless, nobody hurt and I doubt he will put himself in that situation again. I chalk it up to poor judgement at the time.

I still advise caution on judgment. I'm not saying either way but unless i see actual FACTS...I.E video and witness testimony.

Innocent until proven guilty.

But that's just me and I'm a complete weirdo nut job I guess. Not sure when that happened. Maybe from birth.

Romo just got caught...how many times a year do you think one of these rich athletes drive home after a party or social event, where they've had a few and think they are within the law...much more widespread than many realize...and its not right.

I wonder if CBS will drop him. Not a good look for Tony. I’m a little disappointed. I’m a Romo guy but this is disappointing. I hope he doesn’t have a problem with alcohol.

It is not the point about nobody being hurt. Drinking and Driving is wrong. You must have never lost a loved one to be so callus about it.
