If the losing continues through the remaining games. We should be in the top 5 draft picks. Romo is now in his 30s and the current team is going nowhere fast. Should the team look at drafting a franchise QB in the next draft?

We should always think in the future even during winning season. But when you have a season like the Cowboys team is currently having. The early draft pick is the only bright spot.

It's not like Romo is 36 or anything. Romo isn't a franchise QB, but there's much larger holes to fill.

Why not get someone that is capable of protecting a franchise QB? That would be a good start...

If we have a Top 5 pick, I'd be hard pressed not to draft Patrick Peterson.

Although Marcell Dareus, Adrian Clayborn, Cam Heyward would be intrguing as well.

Romo is 30, a little different than being in his "30s."

This team has a ton of issues, but I don't think replacing Romo is at the top of the list.

when he has time to throw...he is a franchise QB.

We have a lot more to worry about than drafting a replacement for Romo.

It all starts in the trenches, and the people in our trench are getting mighty old. Everyone should be replaced on the oline aside from Free and Gurode.

When Kosier is healthy, he is solid but he is pretty injury prone it seems.

They need to focus almost completely on the O-line next year, we have enough offense and defensive weapons. Romo is a great QB when he actually has people that can protect him, worry about the O-line first.
