The franchise record for consecutive wins on the road is 10 straight. The Cowboys won all 7 of their road games in 1968, then won the first three of 1969.

With 3 more road games this year, we have the chance to break the record on the last sunday of the season, at the site of our last road loss. The last three road games are at Detroit, Carolina, and Washington.

The record for fewest losses in a season is two. In 1968, Dallas went 12-2. In 1969, the team went 11-2-1, and the 1977 Cowboys went 12-2 on the way to a world championship.

I wouldn't expect a cakewalk in any of those games, but we are better than all three of them.

But for the first time, I'm starting to see 14-2 or 15-1 as a real possibility.

I think the franchise record for most win in a season is 13 so we have a chance at that record as well.
