Franchise Tag Changes

For whatever reason this sort of stuff is always interesting to me. I wanted to take a look at how the franchise numbers for each position has changed to get an idea of what positions have become of greater value. I think it puts into context both who we are going to have to pay in terms of $ amounts but also what positions are becoming prioritized more these days.
