Frazier brought in by SF, but left unsigned

STANDING PAT: Nolan said he did not see much to interest him among the players released in the first round of roster cuts.

He did say the 49ers gave a physical examination to cornerback Lance Frazier, who appeared in 12 games last year with the Dallas Cowboys. But Nolan said Frazier, 24, is at least a month from being ready to play because of an ankle injury.

his injury sure explains why he was cut so early... IMO he is much better than thornton who is still here.
