Me; I’m in the middle and a wait and see mode. Some days I might be excited, others I might be like it’s the same old stuff. But I’m not gonna dictate how other fans want to act

Schotty strikes me as more genuine and passionate than McCarthy. However, the root cause of their major problems is still there. The meddling owner/GM. I'm giving Schotty a chance, but am not sure he can overcome that handicap, so it's a cautious but optimistic wait and see.

The comments from players and others in the know have been more favorable for Shotty than they were with MM. This is a new team so must take a wait and see approach to find out what this team is about. Having said that, this is the time to be positive because of all these changes that have taken place. Unfortunately, there are those here who cannot stand anything positive about the Cowboys.

Only an idiot would think that all players want to be here. With the size and guarantees of these new contracts, player have more leverage than ever. So, yeah....not all players wanted to be here last year and their efforts showed it.
