There's about 8 videos of him flipping out. I thought it was fake too because I've never seen anything like it.

The kid isn't mentally ******** which was what I thought. There's some videos where he just acts like a normal kid then..bam..a fuse goes off.

If its real I think its messed up that the mom and brother are exploiting his problem for their own fame.

I blame the parents..they just yell back at him which is right up his alley.
